Born in England and raised in Colorado, Jake grew up immersed in the world of food—his mom a pastry chef, his dad a chef, and now even his brother has followed the same path. After attending culinary school in Colorado, he made his way to Seattle, where he’s cooked at some of the city’s most celebrated kitchens, including Canlis and Homer. Jake brings both precision and heart to the kitchen at Atoma, guided by a deep appreciation for the community that this industry fosters. Outside of work, he’s most content spending time with his wife and their six-month-old daughter.
