Josh Goetz (they/them) began their hospitality career in Boulder, Colorado, at Bramble & Hare before continuing on to Mercantile Dining & Provisions. They further refined their craft and deepened their wine knowledge at Tavernetta in Denver, where a passion for thoughtful service and exceptional beverage programs took root. After moving to Seattle, Josh transitioned fully into the world of wine, selling, producing, and making, bringing a holistic understanding of the industry to their work. Today, they serve as Service Director at Atoma, where they lead with curiosity, care, and a commitment to meaningful guest experiences. Outside the restaurant, Josh is an amateur biodynamic farmer, nurturing a connection to the land that continues to inform their approach to hospitality and wine.
